Appreciating your hometown.
Finding the new, in the old…
Since picking up a camera i have found everything in general more interesting. One place that almost always never got shot, was my hometown. I just assumed i had seen everything. I was very wrong. I haven’t even touched the sides. There is so much to see and shoot in this town.
“I just assumed i had seen everything. I was wrong.”
Plymouth has some of the best coastal views around, it’s unfortunate the rest is becoming an eyesore with potholes and decaying buildings. But what can you do…
I brought along my 25mm manual lens today from Ttartisan. A budget lens, which is far from budget in my eyes. Yes it feels budget, but I'm using it for taking photos, not as a comforter. If you are in the market for a cost effective lens for the Sony E mount, check them out. I have 3/4 from Ttartisan now and never been disappointed.
I got that excited i missed a word out when creating the cover design…
Have you found new in the old when picking up the camera? If you are local to Plymouth and need a route to take, this one is 2.5k steps around the lighthouse. Here is the osmaps link. Route link . One and half miles and around 40 minutes walking.
